If you are looking for a company to help beautify your yard, I highly, highly recommend JWA. I had a 100% positive experience with them & am completely satisfied with their: price, service, professionalism, friendliness, finished product, & communication.We had plans drawn up by Earthlink Design (also fantastic), and then JWA executed. And, they executed as perfectly as I could have possibly hoped and certainly better than I expected. Plus, it was just a pleasant experience. Dave, our main contact, was great, as was each of the guys here every day. They were willing to work with us, and even when we changed our mind about a tree (which caused a delay in the project completion), there wasn't a single word of complaint.... just complete willingness to work with us to have the end product be something we loved -- which we do!Our project involved demolition, new pavers (with a complex, intricate design), irrigation, new plantings, trellis installation, fountain installation, lighting, drainage, pot installation. And, their price was quite competitive.If we have any future landscape needs, we will DEFINITELY call JWA.

"My wife and I hired JWA to put in a new driveway, path, and porch at our house in East Sacramento. We were very pleased with the work they did, as well as the design that they recommended. The owner was personally involved in the project and kept us updated on the progress continuously. I'm sure that we could have hired some no-name, unlicensed contractor to do the work and saved a few bucks, but we wanted the work done right by someone who would stand behind their work. They have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. I'm not surprised. We highly recommend JWA to everyone looking for quality work from a quality business.

"Wow, it's too bad JWA doesn't do plumbing, HVAC, or any of the other trades we often need because our experience could not have been better. We got an estimate during the height of their busy season with the understanding that they could not begin work for 4 months for a new stamped concrete patio, drainage, landscaping and basically an entire redesign of our front yard. While we didn't want to wait four months, we knew from JWA yard signs all over Folsom for the past ten years that JWA was the one to go with. Their estimate was not the cheapest, but it was fair, fully customizable and John was extremely accommodating to change orders as the job progressed without breaking our bank account and keeping us within our original budget. They started the job a few weeks early and finished almost a month before we were expecting them to finish from the time they gave us at the original estimate. We also had Dave as our project manager, who always called back within 5 minutes if he didn't answer right away. Chris was the landscape guy and managed his crew extremely well given the 100 plus degree heat they worked in. We had an awesome concrete guy who checked, double checked, made some suggestions and was extremely knowledgeable in the world of concrete. And our mason was the most detail oriented and precise mason one could ever dream of! Not a single brick was even a quarter inch out of place-the guy was meticulous! We were looking to have a front yard that brought enjoyment and relaxation and found that the entire process allowed us to relax because of the confidence we had in the JWA crew.These guys do good work and take the job from start to finish without a hitch.
